A multitude of words,
Were spoken,
To cover up the one thing,
That needed to be heard.
The hurt and the pain,
The suffering and the shame,
All laying under,
A mountain of words.
Words once spoken,
Can never be taken back,
But the hurt once felt,
Can be healed in time.
Listen intently,
For the unheard words,
Decipher it,
To make a difference.
The unheard words,
May not always be pleasant,
But listening to them,
Can bring relief and change your world.
In this technological world we may use an abundance of words (via text, social media etc.) , but we often leave out words we don't want others to hear. It can be a part of our life we wished someone saw and tried to fix, yet are too scared to let anyone in. Jesus is an unseen listener to every conversation, and he listens even when you talk to yourself. Let Him into your life and you will be amazed to see how He responds to your unheard words.
In this season of fear and anxiety let's be listeners of the unheard words and be a catalyst for positive change in someone's life.
